This week, I worked mostly on finding reliable prospects for NYC. It seems harder than I previously thought. I will be going to the city this weekend to ask and hopefully get some basic information on some commercial buildings.
This week I focused on constructing a more specific outline for my senior project process. This included questions that needed answering by detailed research and how to proceed with the research. I also got my hands on two prospects of office buildings in Oslo. Though its not my favorable place for my project, its a start. Im commuting to the city this weekend to look at some buildings. I will look at the structure, tenants, area and what possible renovations be achieved in the future.
